By accessing or using the website located at www.therecruitmentcompass.com (the "Site"), submitting an application, making a payment, or engaging with The Recruitment Compass LLC ("TRC," "we," "our," or "us") in any capacity, you ("Candidate," "User," or "Partner") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Site or submit any application to TRC.
The Recruitment Compass LLC is a Georgia-registered Limited Liability Company (LLC #26017031), active and compliant, operating as an international recruitment and workforce mobility organization. TRC connects candidates from around the world with employment opportunities in the United States and Canada through legally recognized visa and work permit programs.
TRC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal counsel. Candidates requiring immigration legal advice should consult a licensed immigration attorney.
TRC currently facilitates placement in the following programs:
- H-2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Worker Visa (USA) — seasonal hospitality and related roles
- EB-3 Immigrant Visa (USA) — permanent residency (Green Card) pathway for hotel management, teaching, and nursing
- Canada SAWP (Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program) — temporary agricultural work permits in Canada
- C1/D Crew Member Visa — super yacht and cruise ship placements
- J-1 Exchange Visitor Program (USA) — cultural exchange and work programs
TRC acts as an intermediary between candidates and employer clients. TRC does not employ candidates directly. Employment relationships are established between the candidate and the employer upon successful placement and visa approval.
To use TRC's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the program applied for
- Meet the specific citizenship, qualification, and health requirements of your selected program
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and documents submitted to TRC
- Have no outstanding immigration violations that would render you inadmissible to the destination country
For SAWP Canada positions specifically, you must be a citizen of Mexico or a participating Caribbean country as defined under the bilateral SAWP agreement between Canada and eligible nations.
TRC reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
Fees vary by program and are clearly disclosed on the relevant program pages before any commitment is required. Current fees include:
- H-2B & C1/D programs: $205 USD U.S. Embassy visa application fee (government fee, non-refundable). Extensions: $1,500 USD.
- EB-3 program: $3,000 USD program processing fee covering PERM Labor Certification, I-140 petition, document preparation, and case management.
- Canada SAWP program: $500 CAD (~$368 USD) government work permit processing fee.
All payments must be made through TRC's official payment portal at www.therecruitmentcompass.com/make-a-payment. TRC will never request payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers to personal accounts, or any channel outside the official portal.
TRC does not charge candidates recruitment, placement, or finder's fees for the H-2B, C1/D, or J-1 programs. Employer clients compensate TRC for recruitment services. The only fees candidates pay are government-mandated visa application and processing fees as disclosed per program.
For the EB-3 program, the $3,000 USD fee covers immigration process costs — not a recruitment or placement fee. This distinction is legally significant and is disclosed clearly to all EB-3 applicants prior to enrollment.
TRC does not and cannot guarantee visa or work permit approval. All immigration decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authority (U.S. Embassy, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or other applicable body). TRC has no authority to influence or override government immigration decisions.
Any individual or organization claiming to guarantee visa approval is engaging in fraud. TRC will never make such a guarantee.
By applying through TRC, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information on all forms and applications
- Disclose any prior visa denials, immigration violations, or legal issues that may affect your admissibility
- Attend all scheduled interviews, appointments, and TRC Aftercare sessions
- Maintain the terms of your employment contract and visa conditions throughout your placement
- Remain in your assigned position for the duration of your contract — early departure constitutes a visa violation and may result in future inadmissibility
- Not transfer, share, or sell your placement, offer letter, or any TRC-issued documentation to any third party
- Report any issues with your employer or placement to TRC promptly
Candidates who voluntarily withdraw from any TRC program after payment will:
- Receive no monetary refund
- Receive a formal cancellation letter from the relevant government authority
- Be permanently added to TRC's internal no-rehire list and will not be eligible to apply to any TRC program in the future
Early departure from an active placement without authorization from both the employer and TRC may constitute a violation of your visa terms and could result in serious immigration consequences, including bars on future entry to the United States or Canada.
Due to the subcontract nature of many employer relationships, TRC is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of employer identities in certain programs. Employer names and locations are disclosed to candidates at the appropriate stage of the hiring process. Candidates may not publicly disclose employer information received through TRC without express written consent from TRC and the employer.

TRC's total liability in any matter related to its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the candidate to TRC in connection with the specific program at issue.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
