About This Role: The Operations Manager is the engine that keeps TRC running day-to-day. You will report directly to the COO and serve as the operational right hand of the leadership team — translating strategy into execution across all departments. TRC operates across multiple visa programs, countries, and time zones. This role requires someone who can juggle complex moving parts, keep teams aligned, and anticipate problems before they become crises. You will own the internal infrastructure of the company.
- Serve as the primary point of operational contact between the COO and all internal team members
- Oversee daily operations across recruiting, aftercare, sourcing, and marketing functions
- Build, implement, and maintain internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments
- Monitor key performance metrics and report directly to the COO with actionable insights
- Manage internal team schedules, workflows, and accountability systems
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between recruiters, aftercare, sourcing, and marketing
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions without waiting to be directed
- Assist COO in onboarding new team members and ensuring training completion
- Support employer and partner relationship management as needed
- Manage internal communication tools (email, messaging platforms, shared documents)
- Track program timelines across H-2B, EB-3, SAWP, and other active visa programs
- Flag compliance or process issues to COO immediately
- 3+ years of operations, project management, or executive support experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, agency, or high-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication — you will interface with partners, candidates, and leadership
- Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, Google Workspace, etc.)
- High emotional intelligence — ability to lead and support a diverse remote team
- Discretion and professionalism — you will be handling sensitive candidate and employer information
- Must meet TRC's universal requirement: Caribbean national/descendant OR immigration experience
- Background in immigration, international recruitment, or HR
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive
- Familiarity with U.S. visa programs (H-2B, EB-3, etc.)
- Bilingual (English + Spanish or a Caribbean language)
A note from TRC leadership: This is not a passive role. The COO operates at a high level and needs an Operations Manager who can execute independently, protect their time, and keep the company moving without constant direction. If you need step-by-step guidance on every task, this role is not for you. If you thrive in ambiguity and find creative solutions fast — we want to meet you.
About This Role: TRC is hiring two Recruiting Specialists to manage the full candidate journey — from the moment an application comes in to the moment an offer letter goes out. The bulk of this role is interviews: you will conduct one-on-one screenings, lead group interviews, and host virtual job fairs on behalf of TRC. You will also manage workforce planning and ensure candidate pipelines align with employer demand across our active visa programs.
- Conduct individual screening and selection interviews for H-2B, EB-3, C1/D, SAWP, and other programs
- Lead and facilitate group interviews and virtual job fairs — managing logistics, candidate flow, and employer representation
- Manage the end-to-end candidate process: application review → screening → interview → selection → offer letter
- Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with current employer petition timelines
- Track candidate status, document notes, and maintain organized applicant records in TRC systems
- Issue pre-offer letters and official offer letters in coordination with the Operations Manager
- Communicate professionally with candidates across WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
- Coordinate with sourcing team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure all candidates receive accurate, compliant information about their visa program
- Flag red flags, inconsistencies, or concerns to the Operations Manager or COO
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting interviews — including group settings and virtual formats
- Strong ability to read people, assess candidates quickly, and make confident decisions
- Experience managing a workforce pipeline or headcount plan
- Excellent written and verbal communication — professional across all channels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you manage many candidates simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology: video platforms, Google Workspace, ATS tools or CRMs
- Must meet TRC's universal requirement: Caribbean national/descendant OR immigration experience
- Experience recruiting for international or visa-sponsored roles
- Familiarity with H-2B or EB-3 visa program requirements
- Experience hosting virtual job fairs or large-scale recruitment events
- Bilingual (English + Spanish, French Creole, or another Caribbean language)

- Escalate issues, delays, or candidate concerns to the Operations Manager or COO promptly
- Ensure all candidates are informed about travel, housing, and arrival expectations before departure
- Maintain compliance with all program-specific documentation requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or case management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills — you manage many candidates simultaneously with zero things falling through the cracks
- Strong written communication — you represent TRC in every message you send to a candidate
- Empathy and professionalism — candidates are often nervous, and your calm competence reassures them
- Ability to track multiple timelines, deadlines, and document requirements across active cases
- Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and priorities
- Must meet TRC's universal requirement: Caribbean national/descendant OR immigration experience
- Experience in immigration case management, legal admin, or consular affairs
- Prior customer-facing coordination or client success role
- Familiarity with H-2B, EB-3, or SAWP program timelines
