Important — You Are Not Paying for a Job
The $3,000 candidate fee is paid exclusively for the legal immigration process — attorney services, government petition filings, credential evaluations, document management, and TRC's professional case management. Your employer covers all recruitment and hiring costs separately. TRC does not charge candidates for job placement. The fee is required before placement begins and is non-refundable once your case is filed with USCIS.
