Screening & Interview with Spice Isle Spice Isle
Spice Isle will conduct a thorough screening and interview process to assess your qualifications, work experience, goals, and eligibility for U.S. or Canada work programs. Spice Isle has the final say on candidate placements. They do not just forward applications — they evaluate every candidate personally.

Submission to TRC & Job Matching Shared
Once approved by Spice Isle, your profile is submitted to TRC's network of vetted U.S. and Canadian employers. TRC matches you with available positions that fit your background, experience, and the program you're applying for (H-2B, EB-3, or Canada). Spice Isle stays involved throughout this stage.

Pre-Offer Confirmation & Fee Payment TRC
Once a suitable employer is identified and a pre-offer is confirmed, payment is submitted through TRC's website. Your fee is paid directly through the TRC payment portal — Spice Isle will guide you to this step when you're ready. A formal offer and visa sponsorship begin after payment is processed.

Visa Processing & Documentation Shared
TRC and Spice Isle coordinate all visa processing — labor certification, USCIS petitions, and document preparation. Depending on your situation, this stage will include either a visa waiver or a visa appointment at your nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate. Once your next step is confirmed, you will receive a full document preparation packet and interview prep support if needed. If you do not have a U.S. Embassy in your country, your employer covers the cost of your travel and accommodation to attend the appointment.

TRC Aftercare Program Enrollment TRC
Upon payment, you are automatically enrolled in TRC's Aftercare Program — a series of sessions designed to prepare you for success in your new country. These sessions cover resume preparation, visa interview prep, and cultural adaptation for life in the U.S. or Canada. Your preparation doesn't end with the visa — it's just beginning.

Approval, Travel & Arrival Support Shared
After your visa is approved, both TRC and Spice Isle assist with travel coordination, orientation, and relocation support. You will arrive knowing exactly what to expect — with your job, your housing, and your community already in place.

TRC hosts ongoing group and one-on-one sessions to support you through each stage of your journey — from visa approval through your first weeks in your new country.
Aftercare enrollment is automatic upon payment through TRC's website. You do not need to register separately. Spice Isle will confirm your enrollment after payment is received and TRC will reach out directly with session details.
