Candidates transitioning from H-2B to EB-3
Need an extension? We’ve got you covered.
A visa extension allows you to legally continue working in the United States beyond your current contract period, ensuring there is no gap in employment or legal status. TRC helps eligible workers extend their stay so they can remain in the U.S., build stability, and continue progressing toward long-term opportunities.
You may qualify for an extension if:
You are currently in the U.S. on a valid temporary work visa (such as H-2B).
Your employer needs you to continue working, or TRC is supporting your transition to a new role.
Your visa category permits extensions and you have maintained valid status throughout your contract.
You plan to complete your current contract, as required by U.S. immigration regulations.
You notify TRC early enough for us to file before the submission deadline.
If approved, an extension gives you the ability to continue working legally in the U.S. while TRC helps you take the next step in your career or immigration journey.
If you haven’t already, please apply under the Careers: Extension Tab BEFORE paying so we can confirm if there’s an available position for you.
