EB3 PAYMENT OUT OF COUNTRY VISA

$3,000.00

We do not charge any program fees. However, a mandatory government processing fee is required and will be submitted directly to the U.S. Embassy on your behalf.

To proceed with hiring, you must complete the following:

  • Submit the required government fee $3,000 USD

  • Provide your completed mock EB3 form

You are not officially hired until both items are received.

If you are selected for a salaried position that qualifies for EB-3 sponsorship, you must begin the EB-3 process within two months of selection.

This fee applies to:

  • Individuals eligible for the EB3 visa program

  • Candidates transitioning from H-2B to EB-3

  • Resume / CV (updated and printed)

  • Current Passport-size Photograph (Notarized)

  • Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

  • Police Clearance Certificate(s) from all countries lived in (if required)

  • Educational Certificates / Diplomas (with translations if applicable)

  • Work Experience Letters (if required by employer)
