We do not charge any program fees. However, a mandatory government processing fee is required and will be submitted directly to the U.S. Embassy on your behalf.
To proceed with hiring, you must complete the following:
Submit the required government fee $205 USD
Provide your completed mock DS-160 form
You are not officially hired until both items are received.
If you are selected for a salaried position that qualifies for EB-3 sponsorship, you must begin the EB-3 process within two months of selection.
This fee applies to:
Individuals eligible for the H-2B visa program
Candidates transitioning from H-2B to EB-3
