Why The EB3 Program?
Your Gateway to Permanent Residency in America
The EB3 visa program offers international workers a direct pathway to permanent residency in the United States. Unlike temporary work visas, the EB3 leads to a Green Card, allowing you to live, work, and build your future in America permanently - and bring your family with you.
What is the EB3 Program?
The EB3 (Employment-Based Third Preference) visa is an immigrant visa that provides a pathway to U.S. permanent residency through employment. This program allows U.S. employers to sponsor foreign workers for positions requiring varying levels of skill - from professionals with bachelor's degrees to skilled workers and certain unskilled positions. Unlike the H2B temporary visa, EB3 leads to a Green Card and the opportunity to become a U.S. citizen.

FAQs
What's the difference between EB3 and H2B?
H2B is a temporary work visa (9 months, renewable up to 3 years). EB3 is an immigrant visa leading to permanent residency (Green Card). H2B workers cannot bring family; EB3 workers can. EB3 is your permanent home in America.
Can I work while waiting for my EB3 Green Card?
If you're outside the U.S.: You continue working in your home country until your visa is ready. If you're in the U.S. on H2B or another work visa: Yes, you can keep working while your EB3 processes.
Can I apply for EB3 while on H2B in the U.S.?
Yes! This is the recommended strategy. Work on H2B, save money, apply for EB3.
We help hundreds of H2B workers transition to permanent residency.
Can I bring my spouse and children?
Yes! Your spouse and unmarried children under 21 can accompany you.
They'll receive derivative Green Cards with the same permanent resident status.
Can I become a U.S. citizen?
Yes! After 5 years as a permanent resident (Green Card holder), you can apply for U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
What rights do Green Card holders have?
Almost all rights of U.S. citizens except: voting in federal elections, serving on juries, and holding certain government jobs. You can live, work, travel, own property, attend school, and more
