It is ILLEGAL to charge candidates for job placements or visa assistance beyond official government fees. Any Referral Partner found violating this policy will be immediately terminated and reported to federal authorities for fraud. Our services are FREE to candidates. Referral Partners earn commissions from TRC, not from candidates.
