IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

The Recruitment Compass has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for charging candidates fees outside of what is required by the U.S. Embassy/USCIS. It is ILLEGAL to charge candidates for job placements or visa assistance beyond official government fees. Any Referral Partner found violating this policy will be immediately terminated and reported to federal authorities for fraud. Our services are FREE to candidates. Referral Partners earn commissions from TRC, not from candidates.

Our most successful referral partners are well-connected professionals with established networks. However, we also value passionate community advocates with deep relationships and trusted standing—even if you don't have traditional professional credentials.

What We're Looking For: Strong connections within communities we serve, credibility among potential candidates, ability to communicate our mission authentically, and commitment to ethical recruitment.

  • A: No minimum! Refer as many or as few as you'd like. However, partners who consistently submit quality referrals (and meet the 20+ weekly threshold) earn higher per-referral rates during peak season.

  • A: We operate remotely with team members across multiple locations. However, we're happy to schedule video calls to meet the team, discuss your partnership, or address any concerns. We also have networking events with our partners in different countries. Just reach out!

  • Quality referrals:

    • Meet all basic eligibility requirements

    • Have updated, relevant resumes

    • Can communicate in basic English

    • Are financially ready (can pay fees by the 28th of the current month)

    • Have experience for their desired position

    • Are genuinely committed to the process

    DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES THAT ARE NOT READY TO START THE PROCESS

  • A: Previous visitor visa denials are generally acceptable. However, if they have immigration violations, bans, or deportation history, they are not eligible. Disclosure is required

  • A: Follow these steps:

    1. Pre-screen candidates using our Vetting Guide

    2. Have candidates apply through our referral portal on our website (Referral Program tab)

    3. Complete your weekly Referral Tracker

    4. Email your tracker to operations@wwwtherecruitmentcompass.com with subject line: "Referral Partner - [Your Name]"

    5. Candidates must list you as their referrer in their application

    • Top Referral Partner of the Year: $6,000 cash + prize + website recognition

    • Rising Star Partner: $3,000 cash + website recognition

    Winners announced in January based on previous calendar year performance

  • A: We cannot waive or finance government-required visa fees. Candidates must have the financial means to pay the required fee when ready. Do not submit candidates until they’re ready to start the process.

    In January 2026, we will launch limited funding opportunities through our foundation.

  • A: ABSOLUTELY NOT. Charging candidates any fees is:

    • Illegal under U.S. immigration law

    • Strictly prohibited by TRC

    • Grounds for immediate termination from the program

    • Subject to federal fraud reporting

    TRC has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for partner fee charging. Violators will be reported to federal authorities.

  • A: NO. We do not charge candidates for our recruitment services. This is completely FREE for candidates.

    The only costs candidates pay are:

    • $205 USD to U.S. Embassy/USCIS for H2B visa processing (paid directly to government)

    • $3,000 USD to U.S. Embassy/USCIS for EB3 visa processing (paid directly to government)

    These are mandatory government fees, NOT fees to TRC

  • A: Yes! Our program is open to qualified candidates worldwide. However, not every country is eligible for H2B and EB3 programs. If you have candidates from non-Caribbean countries, contact us first to confirm eligibility for their specific country.

  • A: Compensation varies based on visa type and your weekly submission volume:

    Peak Season Rates (Through December 2025):

    • 20-40 fee-ready candidates/week: $1,000 per H2B | $1,100 per EB3

    • Under 20 fee-ready candidates/week: $500 per H2B | $600 per EB3

    Regular Season Rates (After Peak):

    • Elite: $500 per H2B | $600 per EB3

    • Standard: $500 per H2B | $600 per EB3

    A Candidate is NOT considered a referral until they start the visa process

  • A: Our program is open to well-connected professionals and community influencers including:

    • Community leaders and organizers

    • Recruiters and HR professionals

    • Church and religious organization leaders

    • Business owners and entrepreneurs

    • Educators and career coaches

    • Social media influencers with engaged audiences

    • Anyone with established networks and credibility

    You must submit credentials (resume, portfolio, social media analytics, etc.) demonstrating your network reach and influence.
